Service really bad

Good day

I took some guests to have a bite to eat and WOW how disappointed I was

The Food took 40 minutes to arrive and the lady that served us never smiled once Nor did she bother to check on us at any point

Then she had the nerve to actually ask my guests for a tip ( how crazy is that )

Besides the view and the food the rest of the establishment including management need a lesson on customer service
