Terrible

Phoned to ask if they are able to repair a portable power station and specifically asked how long it'll take to get a quote. I was told he'll provide a quote the next day. It has now been more than a month of me having to constantly phone after them for a progress update. Only to be told I must come fetch it. They closed it two weeks ago as they can't fix it. Not once did they think of phoning me to let me know that I can fetch it.

I would not recommend them at all.
