Shocking handed an iron in for repairs Thursday 12th, had to phone on Friday morning for the quote ... Then told repairs would be ready in an hour for collection... Not a problem, went to collect at 13:30 only to be told they had now mislaid pats of the unit. Suppose I can kiss the iron goodbye that only required a new cable....
