Most Abhorrent Cleaning Service

Worst cleaning service ever. Avoid at all costs. Since I am a paraplegic, I unfortunately need help to decently clean the garden flat I reside in. I am utterly disgusted with the service the ladies provided. They worked extremely slow and had to use some of our cleaning supplies even though they did state they would bring their own. The initial quote was for R1500 for a 2 bedroom no living room, kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms. See the below quote. It is Sheron we just spoke now regarding deep cleaning. It will cost R1500 to deep clean and that will include: • Kitchen and Bedroom cupboards inside and outside • Stoveand(sp?) Oven • Deep cleaning in the bathrooms • Windows • Doors and door frames • Skirting • Curtain rails • Light fixtures • Walls • Your place will be left sparkling clean. They adjusted the price to R1950 after arriving which I would gladly have paid if they kept to their promise. I came to check up after 6 hours and the only clean parts were the tiles and the bathrooms that they gave a quick wipe over and some things that were disposed of in our black bags. When I enquired on when they would start on the walls the lady first argued that they do not wash the walls, so I then had to look for the "quote" in WhatsApp to prove her wrong. She then changed her tune and said that they only wash the wall area around the Freezer and Washing machine. This whole operation was barely a surface clean, never mind a deep clean and the only sparkle that I saw was the detergent water that they spilled on my Wi-Fi Router which is also now broken. They do not have the proper equipment, cleaning expertise or customer relationship skills to run this type of business. I will be unpleasantly surprised if this company continues past March 2024. Rather get a group of kindergarten children to help you clean up since the results of them will blow this company out of the water.
