Deposit Paid but NO DELIVERY of goods

Hello Peter I thought it might be good to let others know of Roy and Janets way of running BnB Towels and Linen. We had requested a quotation for urgent linens which we needed for the Bed and Breakfast. I paid 50 % deposit and I never got any thing out of it. After months of trying to contact them Roy finally answered a call and he was rude and told me he will do the refund and todate , we have nothing. No linen, nor items. I have still sent him emails but nothing back and today I see they sent out another email to advertise their things. We all work hard for our money, its not fair that this should happen ! They should be held responsible or at least return my deposit. Thanks and regards Jeannie
