B&B @bloem, should be reviewed

I really didn't want to give this establishment any star rating, but on the 26th of July I made a deposit to a B&B @Bloem, I made this booking in preparation for Macufe fest, which was held from the ³rd till the 13th of Oct, i made my booking for the 12th till the 14th.

Upon my arrival in Bloem, from Jhb, I requested a meter taxi to the bnb, i get there, i buzzed at the gate, for about 5 min with no response, I called the owners number multiple of times, when he eventually answered, he said he doesn't have my name on his list, therefore he doesn't have any rooms available.

I was schoked, because the booking was made 2 months ago, n i had proof of payments sent to Mr Marthinus Jordaan, so i requested that he kindly opens the gate so I can show him our communication, but NOPE he was having none of that.

I sat outside, with my luggage, trying to figure out what to do next, after about an hour, he eventually came out, i showed him the communication, and he didn't seem interested, he wasnt apologetic, he infact looked a bit disgusted that i was in his presence, and he said I must send him my banking details, he will transfer the money, he didnt care about the fact that I was now without accommodation. He eventually did, after 4 hours of me being stranded.

I would not advise anyone to use this place, AT ALL.
