Worst service

I bought a Golf 7 TSI Bluemotion from them in November 2021, I had minor problems and they promised to take care of that. I gave them the car to have it fixed, they kept the car for about 12 days only to find that it’s only the scratches that was polished…had to go to EC so I took the car. Now I gave it back to have it fixed properly, guess what they don’t take my calls anymore. I’m spending unnecessary on transport now to go to work because of them, I had to get transport for my daughter to school and back. When they were still taking my calls they’d send me pillar to post regarding the progress of my car. If you need a car, don’t bother yourself with them, you’ll end up with headache. ******** those ones, once they get your money they don’t care about you. Those people are very *********** and yet they take peoples money like this. They definitely use cheap places to fix our cars because they work done you can see that it was a cheap labour but you paid them a lot of money.
