Worse service / vehicles at bna motors

The worst afterservice i have ever received - we purchased a car in 2022, the car has been had many major mechanical failures within the past 12 months then any vehicle ive ever bought. The dealership had promised to change the tires & brakes 1 year later no feedback has been received - responsibility is being pushed from department to department - aftersales people leave - sales people leave - i am explaining the same story to about 20 different people - the manager is extremely rude - i would not recommend this dealership to anyone
