Title: Extremely Disappointed with BNA Motors

I recently purchased a car from BNA Motors, and I must say that the entire experience has been a complete nightmare. I initially agreed to purchase a specific car based on the pictures and information provided by their sales representative. However, the car I received was nothing short of a disaster.

First and foremost, the car they sent me was not the one I had agreed to purchase. It was immediately evident that the vehicle had been repainted, and not in a professional manner. The paint job was sloppy and clearly done in a rush, which raised serious concerns about the car's overall condition.

Upon further inspection, it became clear that the car had been involved in a serious accident. The extent of the damage was shocking, and it was in no way reflected in the pictures or information provided by the sales representative. The fact that BNA Motors would send out a vehicle in such terrible condition is not only unprofessional but also highly deceptive.

When I raised my concerns with the manager, I was met with an utter lack of empathy or willingness to resolve the situation. Instead, the manager suggested that I could pursue legal action if I wished. This dismissive attitude towards a customer who had been clearly deceived and sent a car in appalling condition is absolutely unacceptable.

My experience with BNA Motors has been a complete disappointment from start to finish. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this dealership. Their lack of transparency, poor customer service, and willingness to send out damaged and misrepresented vehicles is a serious cause for concern. I regret ever doing business with them and hope that others can learn from my unfortunate experience.
