The salesman Vic was so helpful and kept me updated along the way with the process of purchasing my first car

I’ve had my car for just over a year now, and unfortunately, I can no longer say that I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Recently, I needed to replace my brakes, which is completely normal maintenance. However, I also discovered that when the vehicle was sold to me, it did not include a lock nut key, making it impossible to remove the wheels. This is a basic and essential component that should have been present and verified before the vehicle was handed over.

When I contacted the after-sales department to resolve the issue, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. Rather than taking accountability, I was told it was my responsibility to replace the lock nut key, which in reality requires replacing the entire set - an expense that should not fall on me given that the vehicle was sold incomplete.

This experience has been extremely disappointing. Based on the lack of accountability and poor customer service, I would not consider doing business with this dealership again.
