Terrible service !!

BNA is the worst dealership !!!! They quick to sell a car but the after sales ARE PATHETIC. My car I have for only for 5 months and already there is something wrong with the gearbox it's at the mechanic for 3 weeks now. I was told they liase with the mechanic. My husband managed to get the mechanics number and spoke to him. I have messaged now and called the Aftersales they do not pick up it's so frustrating all they need to do is be honest band communicate but they lack communication skills !!

Bna still has not made payment to the mechanic and the money was released from the insurance company already. I cannot wait until we are done with this people.
