STILL WAITING 3 YEARS LATER!

I purchased a vehicle from BNA Motors through their "sister company" in July of 2021. The vehicle was sold to me with a "full-service history".

The owner of said "sister company" (Keeanu) informed me that they removed the service books from the vehicle due to "theft upon test driving" and that they would arrange to have the vehicles armrest and service book sent to me.

Still to this day (08 Feb 2024) I have not received anything. initially posted a review which was removed because someone at BNA reported it to Hello Peter as inappropriate.

To be quite frank, the responsibility is in the hands of BNA motors as according to the contract they are the company who sold me the vehicle. It's not my fault that the people who you pay to sell your vehicles are saying and posting false things to make sales, that's your responsibility.
