So disappointing 😞

So I trade in my Renault kwid in which I bought at a previous dealership so there was nothing wrong with the car so I decided to trade it in at Bna parow so they help me quickly with the trade in so I am a first time buyer so the sales rep assist me with everything say the car is service manager tell me we going to walk with me the road regarding the car so after 6 months the warranty falls away so I have decided to take out my own warranty cuz something happened with my clutch so I did do that and when it come to the claim process they asked me the service book the mileage for the previous service and the current kilometers on the car so then I noticed that the current kilometers and the previous service histories are not corresponding the previous service kilometers is far more then the current kilometers so I went in to the branch they tell me they will investigate so I was waiting since for ever than finally they come back to me asking if they can do a application to see if I may qualify for a other car so that I can bring that one in but unfortunately I have join debt review so the application will not be successful so they tell me they can't assist with that now I pay alot of money for a car I don't know the real kilometers and the communication is very poor I could've stay at my previous dealership
