Misleading Sales Practice by BNA Motors
I bought a vehicle from BNA Motors about six months ago, and they sold me a car that was supposedly on 73,000km. However, when I bought the vehicle, I requested documents, which I still haven't received from them. They told me to request them from the bank, which I did, but I'm still figuring out how everything works since it's my first time buying a car with monthly installments.
When I started having problems with the vehicle, I wanted to claim warranty on the gearbox and engine. That's when I contacted Suzuki, and they told me the vehicle was last serviced at 194,000km last year. I messaged B and A Motors, and they claimed they had no understanding of this, saying they sold the car to me with 73,000km.
I contacted the bank again, asking for details on the vehicle's kilometers, and they asked if BNA Motors hadn't given me the details. I saw on the paperwork they sent that the car was sold to me with 209,000km, but the odometer showed 73,000km. When I confronted B and A Motors, they mentioned they'd sort me out with another vehicle, but they're not following through.
