I'm so annoyed and disappointed with the trade of my vehicle, I've been in dealing with BNA in the beginning of July 2025 I received the new vehicle on the 16th of July 2025 I'm not supposed to be debited for the trade in vehicle but it went off from my account end July they promised me the vehicle is settled!!! We are in August I phoned the bank they have not settled but the trade in was apparently sold already!! Now I'm struggling to get my money BNA only paid half of the installment amount. They suck with there admin and I'm still waiting on a settlement letter!!
