I laid a complaint against them by MFC Nedbank who is financing the car the bank called them to say I laid a complaint and the next day they soma called me back to ask what is the problem I told them what the car is doing they said bring it in but then I told them that I need a courtesy vehicle to help me to get to work because I work orquad hours I like start 2am in the mornings they said I have to wait till they have a courtesy car available ones they had car available made arrangements for me to bring in my car when I'm about to take my car in they message me saying that the courtesy car has been sold that is now about a 1and half months ago now last week again they have a courtesy car for me today I message that car has been sold over the now I made my own arrangements to get me a car from a friend so I can take the car in myself to the dealership now they say again they don't have a driver to bring me home then afterwards they message again now saying that they didn't get approval to take the car in excuses on top of excuses I have never been disappointed in my life I would never recommend anyone to buy a car by them they a full of empty promises
