I have been dealing with bna and I personally am not the easiest client I bought a second hand polo GTI and I've dealt with other dealerships they don't care once the deal is done bna went above and beyond to bring the vehicle cosmetically to my expectations they not easy to get hold of but there end results are worth it I would definitely recommend them to other Polo GTI buyers they have there own workshops mechanical cosmetically etc and I gave them **** but always meet my expectations
