Hire purchase gone wrong

On October 2023 I saw a 2015 VW Polo 1.2 TSI, navy blue with a sunroof. I test drove the car and was impressed with it. I then app**** for hire purchase with ABSA which I was approved for, without even knowing the price of the vehicle and I had been asking about the price but nobody could tell. I was then coerced to sign under the pretext that there's someone that wants to buy the car and if I don't sign I would lose it, so I signed electronically on my phone, without seeing the price. On arriving at the office, I discovered, although the deal was approved, I discovered that the vehicle's instalment was beyond what I could afford, which was R47000 and asked the dealership to cancel the deal, which they informed me that to cancel the deal would mean I have to pay R25 000 to get out of the contract, which I knew wasn't true. I was then offered to pay R2700 for 12 months then re-negotiate my deal to pay less, which I agreed to. So as a norm once one has bought a vehicle you have to insure it and I made contact with my insurance with a view of insuring the vehicle only to find out the vehicle is already insured. I took exception to this to insure my vehicle without my knowledge. Since then to date, ABSA has been deducting the R4700 from my account and when I approached the bank it drew a blank and I found out that the bank has made contact with the dealership as part of the investigation but not me.

I refused to take delivery of the car eversince and I want the dealership to reimburse me my money. I'm very disappointed with the dealership and I will never recommend anyone to buy from the dealership
