Fault problems in a car in 1st 2 months

I brought a car 28 March by BNA motors sales Mananger Mikhail.

3 weeks after car notified me for oil service is due, I understand. After 5-6 weeks I purchase is I noticed brake pads where finished and was on my way from Cape Town to KZN I had to purchased them and also pay for a labour somewhere in FS to put it. I tried contacting the Sales Mananger but he’s ignoring me both calls and WhatsApp. The car have couple of problem.

I wanted to change the vehicle registration since it still say FS but no they keep on ignoring that it been 2 months now, no communication from their side at least to let me know what must I do from my side if necessary keep on ignoring me.

. Bonet have dent still not fixed. . Left do at the back making funny noise when opening it. . Charging pot inside car not working . Drivers door look like was replaced cause real not the same as body of a car. . I don’t even have a manual book I don’t know if that okay. . Car had clutch problems at some point ( not having much problem about that)

A lot is not right, red flags were there but I ignore them due to excitement, from Finance lady you can see she was hiding something, I told her I want fixed contract she said alright before I sign I wanted to see if it really fixed boom it link contract I didn’t sign I told her again make it fixed. I am not gonna talk about most people approve by ABSA 😅 maybe it a coincidence but keep wondering if are they just working with absa or with all other major banks as they said.

I am so disappointed mins you 3 of my friends wanted to buy same cars and wanted to refer them there cause they do have this cars but now I am hesitating to do that.
