Extremely poor customer service

I purchased a vehicle last year June from BNA motors Upon delivery the delivery guys gave me the Otp to sign and only after that they gave me the inspection list when I found out the car was not up to standard. A few things was faulty. No spare key, no jack, no wheel brace. Lock not but no locknut, no spare wheel. Car lights was not working and the gear lever was also broken, no car mats and I did not accept the car and send it back. However the otp was already signed I took it and threw it away and the delivery guys came back to fetch it. I then told the sales person "Faith" I no longer want the car and then she said that I can come and test drive a polo for an extra 8k.i went to the to test drive the polo and was going to pay the 8k that evening for the polo. On my way way home I got a call from Mikyle to say they can no longer sell the Polo to me for that price they offered. I then said I want to cancel the entire deal cause they wasted the time I took off from work. I asked for a refund and they at first said no they won't cancel the deal. After a while they said yes but there would be a cancelation fee. I said they must send me the documents for cancelation and they said I must pay them 20k cancelation fee. I refused and took the case to the Ombudsman in August 2025 The ombudsman said that BNA should give a detailed list of what added up to the 20k and gave them 15 days to give the information. They ignoring the emails with no response. Up until till today the 14 September 2026 BNA kept the full R117, 000 that I paid them and meanwhile I must repay a loan on a monthly basis. While they already sold the car and making interest out of my money. I would have not refused to pay a cancelation fee but 20k is a ridiculous amount for a car I didn't even accept upon delivery BNA has got no ethics and people skills. I am very disappointed that they are bluntly inoring the emails from myself and the Ombudsman. They have no remorse for people struggling to repay loans and they just continue to sell cars. It's been over year now and this is not resolved. I want to have this resolved between myself and BNA without having to take the matter to the NCC.
