Don't finance vehicles at Bna motors period

I have gotten vehicle by them in February 2024 and before that I told them my budget is 4000 to 4500 and the Sales man travis told me we this car the polo 1.0 2018 or 2019 vehicle .And they told me they will assist me with a 1000 every month for 12 months which they did and once that is done i can bring the to refinance it but when came to the last month side and time refinance I did not qualify and why would give such high value vehicle in first place of 5400 and he knew value of vehicle won't come down and when told the Sales person I can't afford this he said bna motors can't assist me and must speak to the bank and I call absa bank said they arrange whole deal but only on 28th of February I can do that but the fact matter is I have been con into a deal and trapped in a deal where paying vehicle I can't afford and now I'm struggling no empathy or sympathy practiced towards me and to make matters even worse the vehicle that was given to me us also broken down clutch pad give out and only have this vehicle for a year and told the Sales man in beginning I there is clutch smile they took it in I don't know if this vehicle has been looked at properly but now I have family I can't feed due this deal and I'm struggling and nor bank or the dealer ship are willing to assist me finally . This not first time I am experiencing such service from bna ,it's a disgrace to make deals like this were client told his budget and the previous I was given was in accident and resprayed but all tht gets told me you already accepted this deal...do not finance a vehicle at bna motors.
