BNA Motors is dishonest and unprofessional
BNA Motors is dishonest and unprofessional. They pressured me to sign finance documents without a test drive, sold me a damaged car from an accident, and later gave me another faulty car while the first one was never uplifted. They breached the Consumer Protection Act and POPIA by sharing my personal info and even giving my car to someone else. The owner blocked me instead of helping. Broken promises, zero accountability — a complete ****. Avoid BNA Motors at all costs.

At no point did BNA Motors share the customer’s personal information with third parties. We engaged directly with your Father, who accompanied you and spoke on your behalf at some stage.
We have continued to provide assistance and service. In fact, we recently attended to the brakes on your new vehicle as part of our commitment to ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.
At no stage have we refused service or support. Our aim has always been to assist in resolving concerns fairly and professionally.
