Bna motor unsatisfactory

Good day I bought a vehicle in Dec 2025 I traded my vehicle I got 100k from Bna for it I was called to give another 50k deposit for my new car which I did I still owed 10k on my old vehicle which bna did settle with bank then I printed my contract as I wanted to see something I noticed bna paid 95k to absa bank for deposit which means the rest of the money was not paid when I ask the person selling the vehicle what's happening he can't answer me as to where the 40k is he said I must call after sales who is not responding to me I had to go make a loan for the cash deposit even though I already gave my car for trade in also the manager and sales person told me I will be receiving 1k a month for 12months but nothing how do you lie because I'm not the only one that's being **** to about cash backs we are 3 Tha bought vehicles and non of us is getting this so called cash backs I went to take out a loan for that 50k I want the remaining money back which was not for deposit so I cn pay back the loan coz clearly you not going to answer my calls I want a number so I can resolve this or I am going to the ombudsman still in this week and lay a complaint
