BNA IS A HUGE RIP-OFF

I traded my 1.6 VW Polo October2024, for a TSI at BNA MOTORS, was told the vehicle is in top top condition every girls dream,get in and drive, very reliable vehicle. Week after purchase oil warning light came on went to the garage checked oil only to find there's no oil in the vehicle.

Phoned the salesman he said they will come and collect the vehicle waited for a week and more problems occurred roof lining came loose, black soot from the tail pipe, steering 45° out, EPC light came on exhaust smell while driving, that's only to name a few...

They came to collect the vehicle and brought me a courtesy vehicle I10 with a tyre I needed to go pump every morning before work and after that had 6 more courtesies which were even worst each vehicle coming with their own different problems 😞, while I was still paying for the TSi bought but driving all these unreliable broken vehicles.

Went back and forth with them trying to sell me a vehicle way out of my budget and for Which I will b paying for over 5-6 years which is ridiculous.

Went for the first and only meeting with their manager and demanded my installments+ deposit back but he said he cannot do that as the installments are now paying for the courtesy vehicle's driven, took back the TSi because he said I can no longer have a courtesy they will drop me where I need to be, only to find more problems on the vehicle looks like they used it for spare parts and was never send for any repairs.

Someone asked me the other day how my BNA experience was cause he wants to purchase a vehicle from them and I said , that will be the worst mistake of your Life...and that is what I will tell everyone that ask me!!!! DISGUSTED BY THEIR SERVICE!
