BNA Goodwood

Being a Loyal Customer and trading 2 vehicles in at bna goodwood already ive found my 3rd trade in a nightmare. I am happy with the vehicle but i was promised by the salesman within 2 weeks ill have my new license plates aswell as disc and the settlment on my previous vehicle will be done. Its now just over a month and no contact from anyone. I tried contacting the salesman he said he no longer works there hes not able to assist me further. Absa bank is now harrasing us because a payment has bounced but we were told by the salesman no payment will go off on the traded in vehicle. I then went as far as messaging other salesmen from the dealership and they just reading and not responding.
