Bad service

I bought a car from Bna Goodwood and the service was pathetic, I have no problems with the car I bought but the service was ridiculous, it’s been 4 months and I’m still waiting for a radio that was promised to me by them for the inconvenience they caused my wife and I ,yet no response everytime I message them about it they respond with we waiting for the radio I don’t recall a radio taking 4 months to arrive ? Salesman Alvin that helped me is no help at all
