2021 we bought a car at BNA motors, they assisted us with the purchase which was a personal loan with nedbank, signed everything and in one of the purchase documents it was written BMW and we purchased a polo vivo. I asked the sales manager why it was written BMW he said it's just for formalities it doesn't really matter. Fast forward to this year, we wanted to trade in the car because it no longer fit us, as our family has grown. I was then informed by the company I wanted to sell the polo to, that the car was ****** as it's chess number does not corresponds with a polo vivo. Decided to take it back to BNA motors as no other company wanted anything to do with it unless we have a police clearance. Which we do not have because BNA never even informed us that the vehicle was ******!

Now it has been 4 weeks with no answer except they are investigating, the past week we've been calling them and sending messages with no reply. I am very disappointed with their service and failure to sort this out. If it was a ****** then recovered vehicle they should have all this on record, to me they are starting to look suspicious!

Would never do business with them ever again, would never recommend anyone to do the same, because they are *************.
