AFTER SERVICE NIGHTMARE! ⚠️

I brought a VW POLO TSI 2017 GT at BNA MOTORS Parrow. Now I'm from george on lil holiday in CPT and took the opportunity to look around for vehicle to buy...I was referred to BNA by a friend, I looked around and found the VW polo were very appealing and kind of what i had in mind. There was somethings that needed attention ,like the car clearly needed proper cleaning inside...car was due for service. NB: THE CAR ONLY HAD SERVICE history from VW. Salesman stated the previous owner only serviced the car at VW, which was a plus for me.He also said they will service the car, have it cleaned before hand over and give me a complimentary tank petrol- if financing is approved. I explain to him that i have save up for my deposit and this my first car that I need finance for and i really want to BE sure that I'm buying a reliable car. I'm from George 400km away from CPT but he assured that the car will be already for me when financing is approved. I arrange for the car to be collected once they let me know that financing was approved, on collection it was noticed that the car was not cleaned, the car was serviced but at their choice of workshop NOT VW and when they filled they car up they car give an error...It was something to do with the fuel tank, they took car to their workshop unfortunately I was not physically there with the car collection and now I live to regret it. Because the 1st week of having they car i have noticed the wipers needs to be replaced and the is a hauling sound coming for my fuel tank. I reported it to BNA and I was advise to take the car to the nearest VW by SHANE one of the managers - Which I did, only to find out that it seems that my cars filters was never changed with services and that my wipers do need replacing. I have sent them the invoice from VW and they never paid - so I had to collect my car nothing done, My car is still the same and making it worse now OTHER errors on the car is popping up...my car radio sometimes doesn't come on, spotlights goes off and on and car headlights doesn't fully work. I have been struggling for 4 MONTHS trying them to atleast just to get some feedback! TERRIBLE HORRIFIC AFTER SERVICE. PLEASE GUYS WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY IF IT YOUR FIRST FINANCED VEHICLE!
