Company Claims 24 Hour Vat Registration - Decietful Advertising, Bad Service

<p>I contacted bnsolutions because I needed an urgent VAT Registration for a Tender that would really help my small business grow. I contacted them the previous day and filled in a form online, where they loudly claim that 1. they have a 24 hour turnaround time (i have now waited for 24 hours just for them to call me back) I called them and got transfered to a gentle who would help me. The phone just kept ringing, I held on for 10 minutes on each occasion, yesterday and today, nobody answered. I called the call centre again and told the agent that nobody was answering the phone and that I had waited for 10 minutes without an answer for the gentleman who would help me. She then tells me that they are out of office for the day and that they were told to take messages. I asked her why she then transfered me knowing that nobody was going to answer the phone, no answer, asked if she could take a message. They claim on a recording on 702 that they help the small business, the just *****ed one over when I could have made alternative plans the previous day, when it seems that they were also out of office, cause nobody answered the transfered call either. The Advertising is decieving as well as their talk of their great service, self evaluation is always great, Badly impacted by their waste of the small business entrepeneurs time. The also charge a fortune for their turnaround time R2900, double what others charge, riding on the promise of 24 hour turnaround time that they dont do. If your service is unavailble do shunt people around and cause an impact on their business continuity.</p>
