Zambezi Auto

I had a minor incident with my car. Car jerked forward and hit My lawnmower and a steel filing cabinet. Cosmetic damage to say the least. On arrival at the ARC I voiced clearly if anything is going to be done to the car that will cause any comments they should notify me first. So after assurance from the ARC that it is only cosmetic they went behind my back, ordered parts (vin) and comments were made that my vehicle was in a medium accident. I was not made aware of this at all. I only found out 2 weeks ago when I wanted to buy a new vehicle. The repairs was done over a year ago. Be very careful. Respect, integrity and honesty is not part of the ARC or Zambezi Auto Sales team.. I was given a trade R200000 under book value because of the comments on my vehicle. This is also not how it is suppose to be handled according to BMW SA. But who cares. It’s all about money: who needs customers. BMW SA does not care, the Dealers are also not interested in customer relationships at all. BMW Sucks
