unfair treatment

I'm very disappointed with the service I received from BMW Zambesi , i had a problem with me car BMXW X1 FG 65SD GP where my car had a rat bites which the consultant Solly told me about and I told him that I will claim it to with my insurance since he told me that the motor plan does not cover the damage ok i took my car and the insurance fixed it to my surprise when i took my car for a service in 2019 i was told my motor plan has been suspended i went back to them to explain and spoke to the service manager i told him that should Solly told me that if i took my car to the insurance they will suspend my motor plan which he didn't and he was in a hurry to leave that day ok he told me he will unsuspend my motor plan which he did to my surprise again this year it is suspended i can't even trade in this car it's not my fault that Solly didn't tell the effect will have on my car,I feel ill treated and now i have to pay for the service that I've already payed for as it's included on my car finance and I can't enjoy the benefits because of someone who was in a hurry to leave he left important information now I'm affected
