Slow service & repairs

I took my Golf in to get a ****** recovery done on the 18th of April 2016, on the 25th they were still waiting for the parts today 2 weeks later they still haven't started on my vehicle as yet VW parts is the easiest parts to buy or get a hold of how can it take 2 weeks to fix this????
