Panelbeaters no HELP

<p>I was in an accident late last year. (I hit a panel on the highway). My usuall response was followed to contact BMW Zamesi Panelbeaters and they requested me to come for a quote. I went with my husband and Kerry and the "workshop manager" came out to give me a quote. I want to thank Kerry formALWAYS being proffesional anf helpfull. The workshop manager (not friendly and helpfull at all) did the quote and I was upset with it but send it through to my insurance. A day after that my insurance called and said that they will be sending an assesor to check seen that the quote did not make sence and it was poorly done seen that the damages was just for scratches and I explained to the workshop manager that I went OVER a panel on the highway. I was informed there is damage to the amount off R34000 and the car was stripped. My car was in for a service check 2 months later and a chip was repaired and I had to return the car AGAIN after a week seen that the car was doing the same and cutting out. The service depatment informed me that my rims are buckled and springs needs to be repaired and shocks has damage. NOW MY CAR HAS BEEN STANDING AT BMW FOR 2 MONTHS NOW AND EVERYBODY IS TURNING BLAME TO EVERYONE ELS. HOW AM I GOING TO GET MY CAR FIXED AND BACK IN MY POSSESION.</p> <p> </p> <p>SICK AND TIRED.</p>
