Dishonesty, unpleasant service and theft

(Mini Dealership) In May 2015, I bought a demo mini with 8000 km under a motor plan. I was told that the car never went for a service and the sales man highlighted extras that was built in the car, which i saw. He further highlighted that the car's front air bags were replaced with a cost of R36 000 because they were faulty (dishonesty discovered it on the 18th Feb 2017)

BMW/Mini dealership or building. On the 31 Jan 2017, I took my car for a service for a front and back brakes. I had a terrible experience on that day, the service consultant called me like 5 times that day emphasising that my car is having a damaged left rear and they need R3 700 for a new tyre. Itold them not to replace it as i will do it at a later stage. He refused and told me that they wont allow me to drive my car because is dangerous. I told him to verify the registration number as I know my car. When i was about to apply for a loan, he then called apologising that is not my car. I was so frastrated. Later that afternoon, the service consultant called and said I should fetch my car. When i got there, the first consultant wasnt available to assist me as he was in the manager's office then i was help by the second consultant. That consultant retrieved a wrong file and told me to pay for the replaced tyre and a repaired windscreen. We argued that that is not my car till i told him that i need to be assisted by the first consultant. He needs to come and assist me because i need to go. He was then called to assist me apologising again. I'm a customer but not a priority unfortunately. He explained that the motor plan covered everything, no need to pay. I took my keys and left. (unpleasant service experience) After a service , normally the you will get a call from them asking how was the service experience till to date i haven't received a thing. After a week i realised that my air pump is not there, tried calling the service consultant with no luck. On Monday the 13th i called again and you will talking to a machine and someone will pick the call and hang it up. On the 20th I tried again till i got through, someone answered C and he said i will ask that first consultant to call. The service consultant didnt bother to return my call. Yesterday afternoon (21/02/2017) before I knock off, i tried him again, he told me that he did receive a message but he forgot. I told him that i brought my car for a service with an air pump inside and now is not there. He said he will come back to me as always taking his time. When he came back, he told me that mini doesnt come with an air pump, I told him that i'm not asking him but telling him that i had one in my car in a black bag written Mini. I also wrote him an email (Theft ). He hasnt rep**** nor called me again, meaning they wont replace it.

On the 15th Feb 2017, I went to BMW dealership wanted to change my car from manual to auto (traffic purposes). The sales man was so helpful and gave advices where he can. On the 18th Feb 2017, it was on Saturday, I got a call from the sales man telling me that my car will be taken by BMW at an amount of R186 000 but they will minus R26 000 taking into account that motor plan will lapse soon, dents on the car and lastly the car was in an accident. Which accident because I was never in an accident, when was the accident reported because I'm very sure it was not me. He then disclosed that the it was reported in 2014 not sure of a month but date 25. I started to be enraged because no-one told me about this car being in an accident. (Dishonesty) They are after money, as soon as they get what they want, they leave you there. I decided not to go ahead and change my car with them.
