BMW Zambesi provides poor service

The service I received from BMW zambesi was enough to put me in labour,I took my car for diagnosis on Wednesday n they diagnosed and ordered parts and charged me .I was promised my car by Friday today at 16h30 they tell me there is additional stuff they picked up and they have to add 4000 extra .I m soooo disgusted with the way they operate .
