BMW de*****ing their cleints

My vehicle was booked in for small scratches and marks on the body as well as checking of the suspension and wheel alignment. They phoned me to collect my vehicle 13 April. On arrival the supervisor assisting me could not tell me if the suspension and alignment was check, but he suspect so. When I pointed out to him that the top inside panel of the door which was suppose to be replaced, was only polished to try and hide the marks he was also not sure if that was suppose to be done. He then disappeared and notify one of his college by radio the part is on order they where still meant to replace it. I am still without my vehicle my hired vehicle returned and nobody informing me when I will receive my vehicle. They clearly tried to de***** me on the parts and service paid for and now I have to suffer without a vehicle and carry the cost and time for this. This is the second time in two years they they have delivered a vehicle to me not fully repaired. IS THIS THE SERVICE THAT BMW PRIDE THEM SELVES ON ?
