Bad service BMW Zambezi by Rubie Pretorius

The service Manager is rude, have no sense of customer services. Treat Black people like **** of Sh....T. His bully arrogant think of himself above everybody. One of the Employee Edger sacrifice his own mobile for me. Rubie Pretorius didn't care whether I have a transport home how I'm going to fetch my child at school. The guy is rude has no manners for anyone. When Edgaer told him that his lending me his vehicle He told him do what you have to do I don't care. No supporting structure for his employees but he is a Manager. What kind of Manager is who speak with customer employees with no respect. I am so disappointed with BMW to have Rubie Pretorius presenting their brand the guys thinks his owning the company he thinks helping customer is doing them a favour. I was so angry I couldn't sleep.
