VERY VERY POOR SERVICE .WORST EVER !

BMW THE GLEN - dented my car when it for a service .Nobody bothered to even tell me about it .After they admitted it was them ...there was no follow up from them .I had to call ,no luck..nobody available ..... until escalated to Customer Services BmW .I would not even buy another BmW after this experience .
