Greatly improved customer service.

The experience started off on a very poor basis, especially from the front office. The customer liaison was extremely poor with promises of tomorrow that never came and no updates unless I called but even then it was all a mystery. But fortunately the business brought in the right expertise, thank 🙏 to Vee, she is an absolute star. She even managed to find additional repairs (which were not done based on initial pictures) and ensured that there was no impact to the customer and seamlessly provided the insurance with all the relevant information and kept me up to date. She has single handedly improved the customer service.
