Disgusting service from BMW Supertech PMB

I am very disappointed with BMW Pietermaritzburg specifically the sales rep, Vinesh. I purchased a BMW x5 in December last year and I was promised 4 BMW jackets for my entire family as gifts. After numerous calls, false promises, wrong sizes, getting "lost" in courier and outsourcing from different BMW companies . I only received 3 and to date hereof, 6 months after purchase of the vehicle, I am always **** to that the outstanding jacket is coming soon. A mere gift takes so long to be delivered. The manager Simpiwe, has not to date hereof followed up if I have received my jackets despite guaranteeing me I would receive shortly after purchase.If someone has to purchase a vehicle I can only imagine what bad service they would get from Vinesh Govender and BMW Pietermaritzburg. I would not recommend BMW Pietermaritzburg nor buy a vehicle from them again.
