Super Tech Pinetown BMW — Google Review I have been a regular customer of this dealership since owning my BMW and have always had a positive experience, particularly with Rosa in sales, who is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely a credit to the team. However, my visit today — to explore purchasing a new X5 — was unfortunately marred by serious operational issues that I feel BMW ownership needs to be aware of. The entrance was apparently relocated a month ago with absolutely no signage to direct customers to the correct boom. I stood at the old entrance for five to ten minutes with no assistance while the security guard was occupied elsewhere. A simple sign would have prevented this entirely. I was then required to present a driver's licence at the boom simply to park and view a vehicle. Having recently renewed my licence, I only hold a temporary certificate from the Pinetown Traffic Department, which was not accepted. For a dealership of this calibre, this level of friction is simply not acceptable. I would ask BMW ownership to consider how this policy would feel if app**** across every dealership in the country. When I raised both concerns with the manager, I was met with complete indifference — no apology, no acknowledgement of the signage failure, and frankly no interest in understanding the customer experience at all. That, for me, was the most disappointing part of the visit. Rosa remains excellent. The management culture, however, needs serious attention.
