BMW somerset west poor service delivery

I bought a car part at BMW century city a week before my car broke down then it was problematic I took my car to BMW Somerset west bcus the car broke down near the dealer. Then they said the part I bought at BMW century city is a problem and they must replaced with new one which I agreed. I was advised that I can get my money back from the part I bought, today I’m being giving stories on stories why I can’t get exchange for a part bought at BMW! Honestly the Somerset West BMW there customer service is really bad. They not effective you must beg for service deliver. Poor clientele. The Attitude Is clear u didn’t buy from them then you’ll get very poor service in return. It’s like you didn’t buy by them so they won’t assist even if you bought at other BMW dealer. The attitude is they can’t assist even if the other BMW dealer confirmed everything on email still I got no success. Just stories on stories
