Worst service ever!

The BMW dealership in Kimberley has the worst service ever! My husband bought a 1200 GS from them last year and the bike had to go in and out for repairs on it. I think he only had the bike for 6months in total to drive around with, because regardless of all the repairs that needs to be done (due to not fault of my husband's) they take forever to do the repairs each time. Yes, I must add that they do give him a company bike to drive around with for the time that he's bike is in for fixing, but it is still very inconvenient. The bike had its shock repaired not long ago and yet again he had to go back in for the same shock. Everytime the bike is in for repairs and my husband tries to contact the dealer to find out how long the bike will still be there then either the woman in charge is not there or someone will get back to him. It's the same story EVERY TIME! The bike is there for almost 2 weeks now, yet AGAIN, and still no one contacted my husband to inform him on how long this will take or what is going on. This is absolutely ridiculous! I wouldn't advise anybody to make use of their service.
