Utter disappointment

I bought an X3 last year. Must say I never thought I would be this unhappy with BMW. Bought a car through BMW as they are always proud of their cars and customer service. Just to realise that I got **** to and ****med. A full service was promised and tyres. Of course not. R25 000 later after I had to do a full service (replace all filters as they never did). Really unhappy as I wanted to go with reliable and trustworthy but only got lies and headaches. Really disappointed.
