Retarded Customer Service

Hi,

From yesterday I called the BMW Sovereign Motors to no avail and this morning after being sent from pillar to post I still ended up with zero assistance. In between would be have a call ring until it goes off, if not being transferred from one person to the next, eventually got the name Lucille who never bothered to return my calls. Early this afternoon I shockingly got through to her after her colleague sweated her to taking the call but sadly she was too important to even understand what I needed and abruptly decided to transfer me, tried getting through to the dealer principal and he was nowhere, end of it is that I did not get any positive experience with them. Revolted to the last revolt, if only I could return the car I bought from them and delete any interaction with them...only if! I can not expressed enough how how rotten the whole thing was ...
