BMW sovereign motors Bethlehem is the worst

The Bethlehem branch is by far worst at customer service. I was encouraged to take a warrantee for rims and tyres when I bought my car. When I had to claim, thats when I new just how rude they can be. Yolanda told me straight to my face that she doesn't know what must she do for me. The manager then gave my case over to Tumelo, who told me to my face that he is doing me a "favor" and that, that's not his job (claiming for clients). The manager did absolutely nothing when I went to complain to her. After 3 months of struggle, after the claim paid out, they ordered wrong tyre sizes. When I called to report the matter, that's when a new drama started. I'm no longer enjoying this car cos now I have to pump the wheels every morning before going to work even though I'm still paying for that service.
