Bad deal

To whom it may concern I Miss V. Dlulane bought a used vehicle 2015 BMW X4 X Line at BMW Bloemfontein on the 7th June 2021. On the 12th July my vehicle showed a report message that my break pads are finished and i contacted the dealership and they requested me to take my vehicle to nearest BMW to check whts is the problem due to my work commitments i only managed to go to BMW Centurion today on the 28th and they informed me that they break pads are finished. I then contacted BMW Bloemfontein to inform them that the car they sold me breaking pads are finished and they informed me that they will not replace the pads as according to their report the break pada are supposed to drive 31 000km untill they can be replaced. I had this vehicle with me for just a month and KM i drove are R7672km and the break pads are finished in which its very impossible that from 31 000km now they suddenly finished and its my responsibility to replace them.

I hereby request your urgent intervention in this regard as this is poor custom service from BMW and this has potential life risk as breaks are very sensitive part of the vehicle shoul they fail me and my family are at risk of lossing lives.
