BMW Somerset West deceives customers for financial gain

Firstly, I actually wanted give no stars as my experience was really bad. The quoted me R156 000 for a engine replacement, and kept my car there for almost 3 months after the deposit was paid. When they release my car, they released it without the dipstick and all the protective heat shields. Which leads me to think that they didn't even check the oil levels, basically wanting me to get a bearing knock and leading to major problems. The wires in my car was so close to the engine parts that gets really hot while driving. I don't know what there intentions were but it looks to to like they wanted my car to break on purpose just so that I can go back. They put my life in danger when they released the car like that. I have all the proof concerning my accusations and I want to donford BMW Somerset West and bmw south Africa 3 months ago and still haven't gotten back to me. However, I was still stupid after that and took my car back, and they even quoted me for a new dipstick and released my car without a dipstick again. I then went to a different mechanic and they could not believe what BMW Somerset West had done, contacted them immediately and told them this is unacceptable. I had to pay for these essential parts out of my pocket again. And guess what when that garage contacted bmw, they immediately sent through a dipstick. #BMW Somerset West needs to fix this.
