Great Used Vehicle Purchasing Experience

I approached the Somerset West BMW dealership looking for a used Mini that had been advertised online on the SMG website. The entire process was great from start to finish and I came away from it being really satisfied after over a month of looking for cars elsewhere.

The car I saw was always kept clean and serviced well before being shown to the public, while the salesman was always very accommodating and knowledgeable about the vehicle without being overly pushy.

We kicked off the purchasing process and it was handled very efficiently. Quick approval of a great rate from their F&I via BMW financing, communication with my insurer to help ease admin, and they were even able to provide me with a demo model between selling my current car and delivery of the new vehicle.

Everything was handled by them and the car handover was really special. I'm really happy having gone with a manufacturer's dealership instead of a third-party and I think this level of service gives you just that little bit of extra peace of mind!
