BMW Somerset West (donford helderberg)

I am going to keep this as simple as possible.

I am utterly disappointed at the level of service of bmw Donford - Somerset West. Bmw Donford has endangered my life and the life of my family.

Vehicle I drove home after having a major service done, after several requests not to leave out any covers, as previously done on my X5, has now left my wheel nuts un-tightened, all 3 tyres. 1 of the nuts fell off as I entered my driveway.

The boot cover that houses the emergency triangle was left open The vehicle was not washed, stated It was at a wash bay Rim scratched around the wheel nut area, proper tools was not used.

The service representative confirmed at time of collection that no covers are missing and especially noted that the special lock nut for the tyres are in the boot and the vehicle just came out of the wash bay, which was not the case. Lock nut was missing and later had to be collected from the dealer.

I have emailed the service manager, the principle dealer and several other departments, you would think an official letter of apology would be sent. With the level of respect and service shown, why would they bother
